If you correlate to the Catholic Calendar, October would have been a time for Mary to be getting ready for the birth, so we are having a baby shower for Jesus! We will also be having a Taste of Bethlehem …so in lieu of ladies bringing food, we'll be offering light fare that's a ceremonial reminder of the Nativity. We ask instead that you bring donations of either gently used maternity or newborn clothing. There will also be information there from Birthright, Delaware Right to Life, 40 Days for Lie, Door of Hope, Stork Bus, and Rachel’s Vineyard. RSVP by September 28th to Madeline Rice or 302-563-5637.
We will hold a gathering for all parents of students making First Communion next spring 2017 (First Reconciliation this fall) on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 9:30AM and repeated at 7PM in the CHURCH HALL. Please plan to attend.
